Why can I not choose all my personalization options when ordering certain products?

Due to the complexity of some item personalizations, after placing your order, you will be contacted by phone or email to confirm all your personalization settings and options.

At this time, we will send you any necessary information in regards to the personalization options for the item you are ordering. Once you have filled out all the required data and confirm that this data is accurate, we will process your order.
