All purchases are shown and made in CANADIAN dollars.
TAXES CHARGED
The amount of taxes charged is based upon where your order will be shipped. Provincial taxes will apply to your order amount and your shipping amount. For any orders outside of Canada, taxes do not apply on the order or on the shipping.
We usually process your order within 24-48 hours. Delivery of your items can take anywhere from 5 - 22 business days, depending on your location and the shipping method you select at Checkout. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal/statutory holidays.
At Wedding SOS, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We are confident that you will be happy with the quality of our products. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the products to us for a full refund. Please contact us within 10 days of receiving your order to obtain a return authorization number. We will not accept any returns without a return authorization number. Once a return is authorized, we will refund your payment less any shipping charges. If you received free shipping on your purchase, we will deduct the shipping fees we had to incur to ship the products to you. Please return authorized orders in its original form and packaging. We must receive the return within 10 days from the day the return authorization was issued. We reserve the right to reject any returns and exchanges that do not meet these conditions.
You may change or cancel your order as long as the order has not been processed and shipped by contacting us through the Contact Us page. Please inform us of your order number and your account login name.
